How to prepare for your upcoming procedure


We look forward to meeting you at Kalamazoo Foot Surgery! Our goal is to keep your feet healthy and keep them working for you!

To help us assist in your complete care, we ask you to please bring an updated medication and allergy list, your insurance information and ID. If you have had any previous imaging studies, such as x-rays or MRI, please bring the images or report. If you are experiencing any issues with your toenails, we want to see what is wrong! Please remove any nail polish before your appointment. We always encourage you to bring a family member or friend to your appointment; The more ears, the better! We welcome you to ask questions and fully participate in your care.
